Operation
- First put the cake blank in the center of the turntable.
- Adjust the distance between horizontal knife and vertical knife(5-8mm)
- Turn on the power and adjust the roatation speed of the turntable(60-80rpmm)
- Apply butter evenly(side from bottom to top,top from inside to outside)
- Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal knife (when water cheastnut appears)
- Remove the horizontal knife and vertical knife,and wipe the embryo.
